The Montreal Collection Tester Round-up

image3

Thank you for your enthusiastic reaction to our Montreal mini knit collection this week! We are so happy to finally get them into your hands. As always, we enjoy sharing the makes from our lovely testers so you can get a sense of the patterns on a wide variety of bodies. So, let's take a look at our Montreal lounge collection, in all its loungey glory!

(Just a small disclaimer that we nearly always make significant fitting tweaks to patterns after pattern testing, and this case is no exception. The pants in particular got adjusted quite a bit to fit just right through the legs, so keep in mind the final fit of our designs will vary.)

Mile End Sweatshirt & Hoodie

The Mile End Sweatshirt is a cozy sweatshirt with three views: classic crew neck, a gathered front tie version and a crossover hoodie. Named after the neighbourhood of bagels and record shops it's the ultimate cool, slouchy top for a weekend stroll or for just staying close to home. It comes in sizes 0-32 and is the perfect basic to spruce up your lounging game. It looks great in prints or solids or is a fun moment for a colour blocking opportunity as some of the sewists did here.

Plateau Joggers & Shorts

I have a confession to make. My version of the Plateau Joggers are already so covered in stains I might have to dye them before we do a photo shoot. That's because I think I've worn them every day since I made them. This is my platonic ideal of cozy pants. Stretchy, with pockets and a bum that fits properly so I don't feel sloppy when I wear them to the grocery store. I think I need about four more pairs to get me till summer because after a year of being at home, what are jeans?? And don't sleep on the shorts! Or maybe...do? Sleep shorts.
